I might be mistaken, but I've been following the case rather closely. I'm not aware of any decision by the appeals court that went in Trump's favor. Maybe he's referring to the appeals court dropping Ivanka Trump from the suit, but the AG subpoenaing Ivanka to testify? Not sure. Trump either doesn't have a good grasp of what is going on in the trial (his comments about Michael Cohen and trying to get the case dismissed) or he's just lying.That's about what I figured. the only news I found regarding an appeal was back on October 6 that temporarily delayed the dissolution of his businesses. Unless NY is reeeeeeeeeeeeally far out there, any dispute over subpoenas should not be an appealable issue at this time, if at all. Her knowledge is clearly relevant given her involvement in the Trump businesses.
