Would have thought that would put someone on a watchlist. I suppose the issue with that is that it would deincentivize people from seeking mental health. If patients thought they were going to get thier rights away or treated as a terror suspect for talking to mental health professionals they won't. The issue is that it is hard to know the efficacy of mental health treatment. It isn't like you can run a proper controlled experiment for any of this stuff.
