It's all bad, as anyone should be able to overhead press or bent over row quite a bit more than their bicep curl. Youve added two extra exercises that aren't doing anything because they're limited by how much you can curl. Generally, you're doing different weights on ohp and bent over row too, but at least that one is less drastic since those are at least muscle groups. You'd need freaky disproportionate biceps for this exercise to make sense.

Just do the three separate exercises with appropriate weight for each one.
