Is it only them? No, but there's also left-wing antivaxxers, however who would you largely describe as being the strongest anti-vaxx voice on COVID? Left wing anti-vaxxers are a nearly inconsequential fringe of weirdo hippie-dippies or a random celebrity that smoked too many drugs. They have been this tiny group of outliers that no one gave or gives a shit about other than to prop them up as part of a "both sidez!!!" narrative. The right wing anti-vax movement is highly politicized and intertwined with the larger right wing faux populist conspiracy crowd and serviced by a healthy community of online grifters.
