Imagine thinking, that its as if people are being excommunicated or shunned. In reality, this sort of thing in a social situation is just meant to be lighthearted verbal joust while you give each other a hard time and then no one remembers it 30 minutes later.

Which is why I didn't respond to my dumb picture of dinosaur nuggets on mac'n'cheese. I mean, everyone judges to some extent, but I was just goofing around.

I'll open up though. My 9 year old son has moderate autism. He only eats like 10 things. He is EXTREMELY specific on certain foods. He likes peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, but they HAVE to be grape jelly and creamy peanut butter. If I stray from the script, he refuses.

He doesn't eat vegetables except potatoes. On rare circumstances he will eat a lettuce leaf but only if I tell him it's his "salad" that he needs to eat for his "vitamins". He also doesn't eat meat but I've talked him into eating a chik-fil-a nugget two times. Hopefully he slowly starts to eat more varieties of food.
