Topic	Can we re-confirm that Skyward Sword was not a great game?

Anyway I just played it for the first time. Great game overall, but some of the unnecessary backtracking is really bad, especially because theres no fast travel and it takes way too long to fly around on your bird. The sky world overall is barren and bad, and I can see in hindsight why BotW was such a breath of fresh air.
