Okay, holy shit, you care way too much about this, so let me keep the point simple: If they were literally only tuning in because she's pretty, they wouldn't watch a no cam stream, period. It doesn't matter if they're existing fans. If they're only fans because of how she looks, they'd just come back when she brought the face cam back, because the reason they're there is gone. It's literally that simple. Viewers on Twitch literally are that fickle. If they only like a streamer for their looks, and they have a stream with no face cam, they don't stay tuned in to that stream at that time. They go watch one of their other "she hot" streamers until the face cam returns. Thus, what it proved is that there were atleast 10k viewers who weren't the fickle "she hot" viewers like people like you love to insist are all she has, because they stuck around for other reasons beyond just staring at her.
