Hopefully Trump wouldn't stock bombs and rockets in schools and hospitals let alone launch terrorist attacks from them, but if he did, Canada would have every right to strike back at them.
Ukraine routinely blows up Russian ammo dumps and even infrastructure like the Crimea Bridge to stunt the Russian war effort, and they're totally justified in that, too.
U.S. hasn't let them do much in Russia proper b/c of fear of WW3, but I've said all along Ukraine has every right to strike into Russia however they feel is necessary, too.
