GoW 2018 was one of my favorite games of that generation, but Ragnarok was really underwhelming. The combat was better, but the exploration and story were disappointing. The seamless storytelling didn't work as well this time around, and the pacing just felt messed up. There's so many moments where it just stops dead and then you do a side journey while the main one just stops. The pacing is terrible and it feels like they focused so much more on side stuff than the main deal.
