It may or may not be Israel that bombed the hospital.

IT WAS Israel that did all the other air strikes/bombings they themselves claimed responsibility for including bombing a School being used as a Shelter.
Even after they were given the coordinates to prevent them from accidentally bombing it.

The World Health Organization has documented 48 attacks on health care in the Gaza Strip since October 7, when Israel began bombarding the region in response to a terrorist attack by Hamas.

At least 24 hospitals were damaged during the bombings, and three facilities in northern Gaza had to be evacuated, per the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs.

So even if this one attack on the hospital was not them, it does not admonish them of their infinite war crimes or bombings on the innocent palestinians.

Either way Israel should not be trusted at their word just as Hamas should not be trusted at their word.
