Jecht (FFX) --VS-- Galuf Halm Baldesion (FFV) - 19-20 One of the early leveling up proposals for FFX was a "tattoo system" where characters could place "tattoos" to boost stats and learn abilities. Jecht's, Seymour's, and Brother's tattoos (which they still have in the final game) are a remnant of this system where different tattoos would confer what abilities the bearer could use. Sephiroth (FFVII) --VS-- Fujin (FFVIII) - 30-10 Fujin, along with Raijin, was initially designed to appear in FFVII, but the inclusion of the Turks saw their presence unnecessary and they were shelved until FFVIII. Eiko Carol (FFIX) --VS-- (26) Locke Cole (FFVI) -9-30 Eikos character was referred to as Little Girl by developers until they finally decided on a name for her. --- Don't mind me.
