Alex volkanovski also started mma at 22. became featherweight champ in the ufc and didn't get completely demolished by current lightweight champ when he tried to go double champ the 1st time (he did better than Charles the former LW champ!). He's legit smaller than most of the ppl he faces. At least it looks that way to me. He is just extremely skilled. so he does ok. Maybe the skill stuff only matter for the lower weights since less KO chance?? I see where you are going tho --- I'm a Taurus.
