that's what he's in holding now for, which he will be in for until monday at the earliest. by that point it depends on gdad bailing him out, which he's currently inclined to do despite all logical reasoning and being full conscious of the fact that gbro will just end up in trouble again so he's just lighting 1.5k on fire

given that we just went through this whole process 3 weeks ago, we can assume that when gdad bails him out we'll get a second terms of release that writes out the name of the charge(s), what orders he must abide by, and his scheduled court dates. on top of the court date he still has scheduled for the other thing which is later this month

the release is just until his charges are actually dealt with, if guilty he could still face jail time - and now this one is a second thing that could do him in. it helps that he miraculously doesn't have any criminal history (well, he did as a juvenile but that's gone), but I can't imagine all these multiple charges throughout the year are any good
