Phases 4-6 seem like a mess tbh. The final villain will be some guy that will have already been beaten at least twice before he shows up again in like 3 years. Honestly, I think it's just a fear of committing to it on their part. The fact that we haven't had an avengers movie in this long I think it's pretty evident of that. They went into the first couple of phases with a vision and a specific set of characters leading to specific crossover story lines, but after end game I don't think they had enough confidence in the heroes they still had in play to do that same kind of thing so instead they've spent years just throwing shit at the wall to see what people will or won't like and the end result of that is everything feels weird and disjointed. --- "History Is Much Like An Endless Waltz.
