There's clearly a separation so they are either all top tier or people in top tier- become high tier and everyone below them drops a tier too. I didn't realize you were just arguing semantics. So it would've made you happy for them to call top tier (-) and such something else? Yeah there's a clear separation of the (+) and (-) tiers, so what? If they didn't do that they would just have to come up with a different name for those tiers or there would be even less tiers which definitely wouldn't make sense. But that separation is there for a reason, the characters in the tier above are supposed to be clearly better. --- (... D-Do I really inspire this sort of frothing desire from the female masses?) ...
