Never had a repossession but if it's like the TV shows they don't give a fuck if you got the money they tell you to take it up with the bank. Which is easily the worst part about them imo. Unless the bank wants the car back regardless of if they pay at this point cause they are just too chronically late. I do think they should get on the phone with the bank alongside the customer so that person can talk directly to them and hash out if they vehicle really needs to be repoed.
