It's not that streamers can't run for office and be good at it, it's that their entire lives and every dumb bestiality joke they've ever made is recorded for any news outlet to dig up. There was nothing more entertaining than watching Carl run for office in England, only to have the most horrible "joke" he's ever made thrown in his face (because he's authentically a terrible person), and because he's so used to the YouTube bubble of no consequences for saying anything he doubled down until the Conservative party publically disowned him. ...
