Fun fact: you can fail at getting the huge materias (fail at the sub minigame, lose the boss fight at Ft Condor, and fail to get the rocket combination). Doesn't change anything and Shinra's plan still fails. You can let the train crash into North Corel, too! You miss out on Ultima if that happens though.
