Topic	Leashing a toddler: yes or no?

She literally does not understand cause and effect, nor sentences yet. I would absolutely love more direct answers than be attentive She loves walking around our cul-de-sac, but Im deathly afraid of her just bolting in front of a car because she doesnt know a car will kill her (nor does she even comprehend what that means).
