There are literally still warrants out for the arrest of Russians involved in election interference charges. Not to mention a celebration immediately after for Yevgeny Prigozhin who was tasked with putting together the attacks and troll farms leading up to it. Not to mention publicly asking asking them by you know who to hack the dnc for way more than just the opponents emails. --- No matter how gaudy you make your appearance...it is only a facade..
