Topic	I've been on hold with my student loan servicer (Nelnet) for an hour and a half

So I went to the bank and they said no payment ever came in. So I called the servicer, I was told to wait about 4 hours. It ended up being even longer than they said...and they weren't able to help me anyway. Told me to call the bank, even though I already went there. So I couldn't even do anything. I tried paying a few days later and it worked the second time. That's what I keep getting. It's going to be an absolute clusterfuck. Thank God the Republicans want to cancel the 1 year on ramp while these issues are still a thing --- In Brady We Trust. I've finally realized the secret to making a successful Mearn topic.
