Parallel Timeline is really nice. The acoustic guitar, piano chords, and vocal harmonies all make for a very pretty song. I tend to like indie rock/pop, so I think I'd enjoy this album if I were to try it out. May put it on my list for the future.

The main distorted synth in Hypnotized is pretty great. Ooh, and the buildup with the Middle Eastern instruments. I think I like the vocals more when they're more airy, but they're fine during the chorus as well. Some dubstep elements as well, which I generally enjoy. Pretty varied song, and I'm here for it. This is definitely significantly better than any of the Alice Schach stuff that's showed up in VGMC. May check out the full album at some point.

The Devil and God are Raging Inside Me was one of the albums I marked to listen to when this topic was made, and I first listened to it last Saturday, and boy was it an experience. This album was devastatingly beautiful. So much emotion packed into the vocals, lyrics, and instrumental. Jesus, Degausser, and Limousine all hit me like a truck when they first played. Handcuffs was also a highlight for me, and is a good pick for the best track, although I definitely prefer the three I previously mentioned. Thanks for nomming this, Blur, and indirectly getting me to listen to this. One of my favorite new albums I've heard this year.
