| Bane_Of_Despair 09/27/23 8:33:47 AM #216: | Oh yea a neat thing to go along with The Devil and God, I generally wouldn't recommend Brand New stuff anymore to people but since you already are aware of The Devil and God, there were a bunch of demo songs for the album leaked (referred to by fans as Fight Off Your Demons) on the internet back in early 2006 that they then scrapped most of and started fresh for the actual album. But they were always songs that the diehard fans had copies of and knew, however in 2015/2016 they finally officially released them. There's one in particular that is honestly one of my favorite Brand New songs, and felt the most fully fleshed out and really a blueprint for how they took the actual album. The last 2 minutes in particular are a standout. Well it seemed the band agreed because they stealth released a new 2015 recording of the song when they officially released the songs. But anyway, I'll post the original 2006 demo version so you get a taste of how it was like back then
