Kakashi ended up training Sasuke more personally than the other two because he felt that Sasuke and himself had a lot in common. I get what youre saying, I do, but Im saying that everyone in the chunin exam had some kind of jutsu or some kind of power or what have you. Sakura got no development up into the chunin exams. No jutsu, no powers, just oh shes so smart like she was fighting against the sound ninja using regular ass clone jutsu because she didnt have any special jutsu of her own.
