This is true. However judicial matters outside of major ones, rarely have a direct affect on the standard citizen.

Obviously something like Roe being overturned did, but the amount of small cases they cover literally doesn't even make the news. It's when they remove big shit like AA or the like.

What I'm getting at, is it's hard to tell a non voter, or a sometimes voter, to only care about the judiciary when a majority have absolutely no clue what they do, because they don't see that actual consequences of their decisions 99% of the time.
I would never tell someone to only care about judicial appointments.
