I started feeling like I had a cold last Thursday, so I dealt with that. yesterday I felt pretty much all better. then my gf is all "you should probably get tested for rona too," so I figure "sure, why not." turns out I tested positive. I got another positive on one of those take-home tests too. I had a pretty good run of being rona-free. but alas.

at least it doesn't feel that bad. I can feel it in my chest and mouth, but I can still taste stuff just fine so I'll probably be all right.

Stop calling in Rona, call it for what is.

Well before most of the nation took it seriously.

For the mouth burn and sore through, just go full Ice water..
Nice Ice cubes in water, I am a cycle of straight frozen gateraid bottles of frozen water...
Go full artic, it was the only thing that helped.

I was in pain for at least 48 hours every time I swallowed saliva or had a small cough, it was horrible.
Ice water, Ice water, Ice water.
I was still wincing for about a day, after the pain subsided.

Also, and this is all my experience...expect to really odd fever dreams.
The Fever though, is your system kicking ass, but it takes a lot out of you.

For me it all started around 9/11 and I am just going back to work tomorrow.
