WHH is definitely obscure but I don't know if he even makes the top 10 most obscure, that "was president for literally a month" thing bumps him up more than you'd think. Chester A Arthur high-school was the name of the school in Die Hard with a Vengeance with the bomb in it, so there is that at least. Fillmore did sign the Fugitive Slave Act, so I guess he does have some infamy.
