Topic | Are there any religious people on here who also do not believe any aliens exist? |
A_A_Battery 09/25/23 3:46:22 AM #7: | From an Islamic perspective, in purely layman terms, if the Quran or Hadith didn't mention it, chances are it will not be relevant. Islam's version of the anti-Christ already includes a being with supernatural powers, and that was highlighted, so if aliens were gonna invade with lazer guns, why is there no Quran or Hadith talking about that? Makes no sense, because Quran and Hadith frequently comment on trials and tribulations Muslims (and humanity at large) will face, and even less grave things, like how these desert nomads will one day compete over who can build the tallest buildings (this is an actual hadith from 1400+ years ago). So if you have hadith talking about how Muslims will have a lot of infighting, how Arabs will eventually become few on Earth due to this, how Muslims will be huge in numbers and yet still have the world's nations gang up on them and exploit them for all their worth, then it follows that if something major like aliens with super fast UFOs (the latest BS pentagon is trying to sell us today), it would have been mentioned. I think in all religions, humanity is the center of the universe, to humans. God can do whatever He wishes, so for all we know, there are other universes out there. But from our perspective, it doesn't matter and never will matter because we have our orders and our judgment day. We already know that Satan himself was once from a nation and a powerful warrior against "the forces of evil", so that already suggests an entire saga before Adam was ever created. Who's to say there aren't more. ... Copied to Clipboard! |
