The melancholy, ethereal instrumentation combined with Robert Smith's vocals is a perfect pairing. I enjoyed pretty much every song in the album a lot, and the only time it felt it was dragging was during The Same Deep Water as You. Pictures of You in particular hit me hard the first time I heard it with those chords and vocals.
