This interests me. My wife has potential myocarditis at the moment and is due to get the booster soon. Is the recommendation not to take the vaccine based on this report?

I appreciate it suggests the vaccine is less dangerous than getting covid but what about if you already have myocarditis?

That she is better off getting the vaccine. It's more likely than not the virus would cause more damage getting it with no protection than the protection itself. Sounds like she is at risk either way but has a better go of it getting the vaccine as directed. Her doctor, which she should consult, would most likely say the same thing.
