While there are arguments against AM, which I will certainly be making in future rounds, Biff is comparatively small fry. Hes definitely worse than just a bully (look at Part 2 or the last act of the first one) but I cant imagine him doing what AM does even with that level of power. --- I just decided to change this sig.
