There are some really rough small towns around the state but for cities, St. Louis is just...off. You know how a bunch of urban centers declined in the 70s and 80s but eventually rebounded? Much of St. Louis has not, and it's damn unfortunate. It's especially sad because it used to be a major city (like top 5 in the nation). That said, Kansas City has this absolutely abysmal problem with homicide so even if has more surface appeal, the whole getting randomly murdered thing means it's not great either. --- http://i.imgur.com/0APl48O.gifv Chiefs win!
