Sounds like criticism is one thing you struggle with, but not everyone will be critical over you or your decisions. I think you'll be fine if you find a genuinely understanding person who is a bit easy going. Then you'll just need to deal with the occasional temper flare, which they'll understand and be able to forgive. A relationship is a lot of give and take, or so I hear anyway. Take the good with the bad, and learn how to be happy together and support the other when they're struggling.
