That said, I was glad to get rid of him when we did, and the fact that he got hurt on the first series is... retribution of some kind. A humbling for the guy's ginormous ego, perhaps. It's interesting how similarly Bears fans like Stan feel despite Rodgers' stake in their ownership. What this comes down to is the Jets not investing in protection for a QB known for taking his time to ensure that his throw is tried and true. This is why his INT rate is so insanely low.
