Topic	I got modded for saying Kratos is black

Nope, because "X is Y" can be a vague statement, and is in this case. People say stuff like "X character is insert VA name here," even though the character obviously isn't literally that person. Thus, a statement as simple as "Kratos is black" is vague enough to mean any number of things. Race isn't specified in that statement.
