Basically everything that isn't either tech-based (Iron Man, Rhino, Shocker, Mysterio), from space (Galactus, Vision, Mar-Vell, Thanos), from another dimension (the N-Zone that mutated Doom and the Fantastic Four, Mysterio again), or supernatural (Dr. Strange Jr., Blade, Morbius) ties back in some way to Cap's Super Soldier Serum (Bruce Banner was trying to recreate it when he accidentally became the Hulk; Spider-Man and the Goblins are all based on Oscorp's attempt at recreating it; quite a few of Spidey's villains are either escaped government test subjects for recreations of the serum or escaped government-made clones of him; all of the world's mutants are an accidental byproduct of Canada's attempted recreation of the serum escaping into the world, with Wolverine as both its Patient Zero and its Typhoid Mary; etc.)
