This applies to P4 and Naoto much more than it applies to P5 and Makoto. Pre-Naoto the gang collaboratively stumbles their way into understanding mysteries and plot developments. Post-Naoto, Naoto handles the plot exposition on her own while the rest of the party reacts to it.

I can handle having 1 Naoto doing naoto things on the scale she does them at. Futaba and Makoto go so far beyond small town shenanigans that its way harder to reconcile.

Futaba just happens to be a world level hacker that can do anything from her hermit nest and Makoto becomes the voice of the team because the player cant speak. Naoto handles exposition, but I feel it is nowhere near the level that Futaba and Makoto take over
