People should be free to believe or not; to join a religion, or not.

But religion, and the membership thereof, should gain civil or legal benefits whatsoever.

No tax exemptions. If they wish to claim tax relief on their charitable donations, they may do that separately. But a religion, in and of itself, is not a charity.

No softly-softly approach to criminal activity: if there are grounds to suspect a church is up to no good, you tear it down for evidence like you would a drug den.

No credit given to criminals who 'find Jesus'. Want to express remorse? Fine. Want to work on rehabilitation? Great. Should the fact that you 'turned to Jesus' have any bearing on your parole hearing? Fuck no.

No religious justification, interference, or language to be used in legislation.
