Haven't looked at Prime but Powerade primarily has fructose while Gatorade has glucose, which replenishes muscle glycogen rather than liver glycogen more readily and doesn't contribute to insulin resistance as much. So Gatorade.

Apparently Prime is low in sugars and thus is complete shit at restoring electrolytes. It's also very high in potassium for some reason. It's not well formulated at all to assist with hydration or restoring electrolytes like a sports drink is supposed to.
