Eating simple carbs can heavily coat your entire body in fat, I'm proof of it. There are healthy fats but I'm not seeing the correlation of it being a genius maker when most of the smartest animals in the world eat none of it while many of the dumbest eat the most of it. --- lions and panthers oh my ...
