| LeonhartFour 09/08/23 10:37:01 PM #432: | I remember one of the rules was that you couldn't nominate nameless NPCs in general (I think this was mostly to prevent people from nominating stuff like the kid who wanted to be a blitzball when he grew up in FFX). I didn't recall that they had to have dialogue, too.
