Topic	Who was the strongest FF villain? (Obvious spoilers)
Robot2600 09/08/23 10:31:44 AM #13:	I kinda feel like Sephiroth, if the party hadn't stopped him. He would have turned himself into a Galactus and kept getting stronger. Kefka becomes a god, but he's topped out by the time you fight him. Ultimecia is just too stupid, despite her power, she doesn't make effective use of it.
