My Lanturn Thunder Waved the roamers so Snorlax could land it. The problem was they also knew Roar. Latias might not know Roar. Maybe if they have a messed up sense of humor they gave it Whirlwind. Or Explosion somehow. This shouldn't be a job for a master ball though. Oh yeah I got Lugia. All this catching. By Pokemon standards this has been a really long stretch of gameplay where I've earned no EXP.
