I was alone in the house at 2:30am. All of a sudden I hear this bell. Very clear. It comes from the kitchen. I get up and look around and there is nothing that could make that sound. A radio, a microwave is all thats there. I sit back down. Then I go to sleep. Next morning I search the internet and one theory its angels. Being Athiest I doubted it. Another was ghosts. I kinda believe. The last one was a auditory issue with my ear. I had bells palsy for for the last 18 months, the muscles are slowly and I mean real slowly recovering. Sometimes I hear nothing then like right now a drum beat but like irregular. Blood pressure and heart is fine. I have a feeling the last one is what happened.

Me and my wife heard ringing, actual ringing, in our kitchen last year during the winter. Looked at each other and like WTH? We dont know what wouldve caused it. The same area where I caught something very inexplainable on camera. Goodness, wish I still have the document, I would show CE no problem. It was basically a small UFO/UAF that vanished quickly.

dont worry about the internal monologue, I sing a lot and know my own voice a whole lot more than when I was young. As for your schizophrenia, I have a relative whose got it. I tried talking to him a few times and still think nobody cares about him. Wish it wasnt like that
