I got it by setting 3 alarms 15 minutes apart to go of everyday for a few months. I didn't even have to get up when they went off, but eventually, with 3 interruptions my body just started waking up at that time. Getting to bed came naturally after that. --- Carpe petat ... Copied to Clipboard! |
