Topic	How do you guys have sleep/bedtime discipline
GeraldDarko 09/06/23 5:42:22 PM #11:	My rhythm is solid, don't even have to try. I got it by setting 3 alarms 15 minutes apart to go of everyday for a few months. I didn't even have to get up when they went off, but eventually, with 3 interruptions my body just started waking up at that time.
