Are you taking about being premature? There's medication you can take for that.

In general though, you can do kegel exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles (makes it easier to delay/hold back yourself) and just practice on stopping and starting to last a bit longer.
Not a fan of drugs and side effects, that would be last resort if all else failed. Ive heard about kegels but not even sure what thats supposed to help with. Sure maybe you can hold it back so to speak but the mental state of orgasm itself has occurred regardless? Or is strengthening that muscle somehow going to slow down the onset of that mental switch? And if so how much kegeling is required to see results?
