It wasn't any of the really famous rappers at the time like LL Cool J, or KRS One. It also wasn't a super popular one hit wonder but may have been a one hit wonder. But was more real hip hop/rap Gave off New York vibes so probably from New York. THe closest I can come up with are MC Shan or Gang Starr or one of those but I don't think it was them. I can't find the song under any of them. Not special Ed either. It wasn't a super popular song. But had a really good beat to it that gave off NYC vibes like i was saying. Wasn't Ghetto Boys either.
