New Evolution... Clodsire definitely included, it's literally zero different from Galarian evolutions, including the semifinalist Sirfetch'd. The rest? I'm not sure. Technically they shouldn't since they really are just new evolutions and not regional variants, but we've been through this discussion before of technicalities. I'm leaning include them because fuck it we've bent the logic, and heck maybe considering New Evolutions opens up contests for previous gens ie. GSC with babies, Crobat, Bellossom, Politoed, Eevees, Slowking, Scizor, Kingdra, Hitmontop, Blissey... that's actually enough for a contest.
Teal Mask. Hrm. We could include the ones we already know, we could delay the contest 2 weeks to see any other ones that might exist, we could hold off including them and run a mini-contest including potential other Teal Maskers, or even hold them off to do a Teal Mask + Indigo Disk contest.
Sum-up: Definitely in is 2 Regional + 5 Convergent + 1 New + 16 Paradox = 24 entrants. Opening the rest of the New Evolution grouping brings us to 28. Known Teal Masks brings us to 33.... and uh if you wanna split the Tauros, that's brings us to 35.
Considering a separate contest for DLC further down the line, that's 5 known already for sure, possibly more Teal Mask additions, and then completely unknown Indigo Disk additions
