I don't remember there being any confusion about it at the time. ^ Lillymon posted... I've heard not even the trailers were pretending the T-800 was the bad guy again. So most people knew before the movie started. ^ This was the norm for the most part up until around the late 90s. If it had a novelization, it always came out before the movie and spoiled the movie, too.
