Topic | When eating fowl, white meat or dark meat? |
archizzy 08/26/23 8:34:16 PM #6: | Both. Dark meat tends to be more juicy and flavorful but I still occasionally get white meat and it is delicious and plenty juicy too. It just depends on what I'm making and what type of bird. If you are drying out your white meat you aren't cooking it right.
